Information we collect
We collect information submitted through listings, accounts, reviews, inquiries, payments and newsletter preferences. Payment credentials are processed by Stripe or PayPal and are not stored as card numbers in the directory database.
How information is used
Information supports directory operation, moderation, provider communication, fraud prevention, analytics, payments and requested outreach. We do not sell favorable ratings or use private veterinary records for advertising.
Choices and requests
Users may update email preferences, unsubscribe from promotional messages and request correction or deletion where applicable. Legal, security and transaction records may be retained as required.
