How reviews, moderation, verification signals and rankings are kept separate from paid visibility.
Five-star reviews
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and may be moderated for spam, threats, conflicts of interest, private information or content unrelated to the service.
Provider responses
Providers may respond professionally and report factual or policy concerns. Unfavorable feedback is not removed solely because a provider disagrees.
Rankings
Rankings may consider rating, review volume, verification and profile completeness. Sponsored or featured visibility is labeled and does not purchase a higher star rating.
